Return Process

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, protective wraps, and manuals are included.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
